For the local inhabitants who don't own generators the evening come early and generally asleep by 9 pm. there is a night life in Drake Bay. if you are looking for shopping , night life, and luxury, this is definitely not the place. One small store (pulpier) and a small disco that is open on Saturday nights (that may rewind you more of a high school dance than a disco) are the total sum of shopping and night life.

One must do for this Caribbean season, amazing waters, amazing racing, amazing parties, huge stages and big bashes every night topped off with a concert by a big name band. Mostly one can see the Black Eyed peas & Jimmy Cliff on the night. Dance club offers dance every Saturday night. Beer is served cold from the cooler while the Salsa music is served hot from the stereo.

On the weekends you can join in as the locals dance until midnight or so. Discos are available for you to charter for a whole week from the weds 24th January until Weds 31st Jan. During this period you have a chance to get out on the water and practice a few moves with your team and get used to Disco, it's also a great time to enjoy nice warm weather, find Tom Cruise's "cocktail" waterfall, take in a bit of diving and practice your rum punch technique on the beach while watching the first of many beautiful Caribbean sunsets!
